How We Are Different

We operate and guide private foundations throughout the country.   We understand leadership and how to recognize it in others.

Our database and personal contacts include experienced leaders within public charities, private foundations, as well as public and private for-profit companies. We believe that the skills and qualities of leadership are often adaptable from one industry or sector to another.

All final candidates are subject to a complete 360 degree reference check.  We will attempt to consult with two of the candidate’s past or current employers and direct superiors, subordinates, peers, and professional colleagues.

We will also conduct verification of the candidate’s:

• Academic credentials
• Bankruptcy filings
• Criminal records
